• Other Locations: 4–8 business days.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, where applicable.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ChromaPods is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts by the courier partner, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
