Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Replacement & Refunds

• Eligible products are covered under our 3-day Replacement Policy.

• A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for replacement requests.

• Refunds are generally not provided except where required under applicable law. If a replacement is unavailable, we may provide store credit or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Product Usage

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided. ChromaPods is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChromaPods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
